I’ve been here a few times now and it’s really always been good. The lobster rolls taste consistent every visit, which I appreciate. I just really wish the portions were a little bigger...

I ordered from Luke’s Lobster online and, you know, it was totally fine. Very calm experience. The website was easy enough to use, I found what I wanted without having to go on some little treasure hunt, and checkout actually worked without making me question my life choices. Shipping options were clear too, which I appreciated. Overall, no drama, no unnecessary clicking around, just placed the order and moved on with my day. I’d use it again.

I was excited to try the lobster roll, but it ended up being just okay. The lobster tasted a little watery and didnt have much flavor to it. The bread was decent, but overall I didn’t really feel like it was worth it for me.

Everything showed up still cold and packed really well, which was a relief because I’m always a little nervous about seafood being shipped. A friend had recommended trying them, and I’m glad I did. The whole process was easy, and the delivery was even faster than I expected.

The delivery was late, which was a little frustrating, honestly. But the food was fine when it got here, like totally okay, just wish it had arrived on time.

The staff just didn’t come across as very friendly... it made the experience feel a bit uncomfortable

I thought this meal kit was going to be a fun little cooking night, but it just ended up being kind of annoying. The instructions were confusing in places, the lobster took way longer than they said it would, and by the time everything was done it all felt a bit soggy?? Maybe I did something wrong, but it definitely wasn’t worth all the cleanup for me...

I had a small issue with my order, so I emailed customer service and they replied faster than I expected. They sorted it out easily and didn’t make it feel like a huge hassle, which I really appreciated. It did take one extra message to get everything fully clear, but that’s still decent service, right?

The food was good, no complaints there, but the menu felt a little samey to me. A lot of lobster, crab, shrimp rolls and... yeah, just not a ton outside of that. I was kind of hoping for more sides or maybe a few non-seafood choices too.

It’s nice to see a seafood place actually thinking about sustainability. Feels good knowing they care a bit about where the food comes from and the impact on the ocean

I was a little nervous about ordering seafood online, mostly because I wasn’t sure how cold it would stay during shipping. Thankfully, it showed up in really good shape. The ice packs were still partly frozen, and everything felt fresh when I opened the box.

I put it straight in the fridge and had it later that day. No odd smell or anything off, which was a relief. I wouldn’t say I had zero worries going in, but the delivery definitely met my expectations and I was happy with it overall.

It was fine, I guess. Nothing terrible, but nothing that really stood out either. A little pricey for what it was. Not really something I’d rush back to anytime soon.

Maybe the information is on the site somewhere, but it felt too vague and I didn’t want to dig around forever. For a seafood place, I expected the traceability to be more upfront, and it made me hesitate to buy

I don’t know if I just caught them on an off day, but the roll was really dry and tasted kind of stale. The lobster itself was fine, but the bread was crumbly and just felt old, which was disappointing. For the price, I feel like expecting a fresh roll isn’t asking too much, right? It took away from the whole thing for me.

I ordered from lukeslobster.com the food was really good. Everything tasted fresh and I didn’t have any complaints about the quality at all.

The only downside was the wait. It took a bit longer than I expected, and I definitely caught myself checking the time a few times while waiting.
Still giving it 4 stars because the order showed up fine and the food was worth it. I’d order again, just probably not when I’m already starving.

My box showed up nice and cold, and everything was packed so neatly. Nothing leaked, nothing was smashed, and it made me really happy to open it up. Super pleased with the experience!

My order from Luke’s Lobster was mostly right, but one item wasn’t the one I picked. Not a big, big deal since the food I did get was still good, just kind of annoying when you’re expecting something specific. Delivery was fine, fine overall, and nothing else was missing besides that mix-up. I’d probably order again, but I do hope they double-check the orders a little better.

The food tasted fresh and the lobster roll was definitely good, so I can’t complain about the flavor. But for the price, I expected it to be a little more filling, it felt light, especially for something that’s supposed to be the main thing you’re ordering.

I also mentioned it while I was there and nobody really followed up or checked back in, which was kind of disappointing. It’s not a bad spot, but I left still a bit hungry and feeling like they didn’t really care much after the food came out.
